I believe that at age sixteen, with a responsible parent or guardian in the car, during day time that a teenager should be allowed to drive a car. This is because at age sixteen, teenagers have a lot of errands and school related matter to attend to that can be done faster if the mode of transportation is faster. Plus, I think teenagers are mostly responsible at sixteen. In addition, teenagers should drive with their parents or guardians because who is better to teacher you about the rules of the road(both written & unwritten)than the ones who usually drive you places. Also, teens should drive in the daytime because obstacles that can usually be hidden by low light can be seen easily.
